Hi, I'm Audrey!

I've spent over 16 years helping people buy and sell real estate in Winnipeg and rural Manitoba. And if there's one thing I've learned, it's that no two properties, people, or situations are ever quite the same.

I grew up in small-town Manitoba, where my dad owned the local gas station. That's where I learned that hard work, honesty, and treating people properly weren't just nice ideas. They were how you did business.

Those values have stuck with me.

I've also called rural Manitoba home for many years, so I understand the appeal of a little more space, quieter surroundings, and life beyond the Perimeter. From Winnipeg homes and condos to rural acreages, farms, and small-town properties, I enjoy helping people find what actually works for their lives.

Here's something you should know about working with me.

I'm not going to tell you everything you want to hear just to make a sale. If I see something that concerns me, I'll say so. If I think there's a better way to approach something, we'll talk about it. And if you're making a great decision, I'll be the first to tell you that too.

My philosophy has always been pretty simple:

I guide, you decide.

Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property you've loved for decades, downsizing, or making the move to country living, my job is to give you the information, perspective, and honest advice you need to make your own decisions with confidence.

When I'm not working, you'll likely find me tackling a DIY project, planning a road trip, volunteering in my community, or cheering on the Winnipeg Jets and Blue Bombers. Although some seasons require considerably more patience than others!

I'm proud to be part of Lifestyles Real Estate Ltd., serving Winnipeg and the surrounding rural communities.

Thinking about buying or selling? Let's have a conversation. No pressure, no fancy sales pitch. Just straight answers, a little humour, and a plan that makes sense for you.
